We’re currently hiring entrepreneurial, mission-driven Foundry builders who are outcome focused and comfortable navigating ambiguity. This role is part of a broader effort to hire Foundry Deployment Engineers at various levels, all based remotely in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Your Role
Foxtrot is looking for driven AI enthusiasts, backend engineers, full stack developers, front-end designers, application developers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, data analysts, and platform administrators (levels 1-4) to join our team. As a Foxtrot team member, you will be an integral part of the customer’s implementation team for Palantir Foundry or AIP. Your expertise will be applied across a range of areas, from ontology and data analytics to application development and data quality, helping customers optimize their use of these powerful platforms while gaining full exposure to their capabilities.
Responsibilities
The role is dynamic, requiring a candidate who is adaptable, thrives in a team environment, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities will vary based on placement with the customer, but will include some or all of the following:
Leverage your expertise in ontology, data integration, model integration, and analytics to design the optimal integration paths for the Palantir platform and various data sources.
Manage application portfolios within Palantir Foundry, ensuring the architecture aligns with both current and future needs.
Develop and maintain platform governance standards, documentation, release notes, and customer-facing knowledge articles.
Provide platform-level consultation, helping customers adopt best practices to align the platform's capabilities with business needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for knowledge sharing and system/data integration.
Identify platform issues or trends, offering recommendations for improvements and resolutions.
Develop and manage data integrations, APIs, and connectors to support solution development.
Establish IT best practices, reusable components, and accelerators to enhance implementation quality and speed.
Expand the customer’s implementation of the Palantir Foundry platform.
Collaborate with other SaaS platforms (e.g., GitHub, M365, Atlassian suite) as needed.
Oversee the service center for Foundry, ensuring effective service management processes and governance.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Strong understanding of data science principles
Proficiency in data science languages such as Python and SQL
Working knowledge of cloud computing
Preferred Experience
2+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Proven ability to understand client business processes and technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Proactive mindset with a strong initiative to resolve issues and close gaps
Deep understanding of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures, and technical standards
Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
