Your Role

Foxtrot Delivery Leads sit at the core of our deployment success, overseeing the full lifecycle of our client projects—from initial planning to execution, tracking, and wrap-up. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and partners to ensure work is running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Foxtrot’s high standards.

This is a strategic and operationally critical role. As a Delivery Lead, you’ll help implement best practices, improve how we manage our internal and external coordination, and support technical teams in delivering high-impact solutions. You’ll also serve as a key connector—translating client needs into actionable plans, helping internal teams stay aligned, and ensuring both delivery success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The role is dynamic, requiring a candidate who is adaptable, thrives in a team environment, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities will vary based on placement with the customer, but will include some or all of the following:


  • Own Delivery Execution: Guide teams and customers through the full project lifecycle—including planning, scope definition, resourcing, execution, and delivery wrap-up—with a strong bias toward action and clarity.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a connector across Foxtrot, Palantir, and client organizations to ensure seamless delivery, identify dependencies, surface risks, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Help standardize and evolve Foxtrot’s delivery methodologies, tools, and rituals to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across all engagements.

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Act as a trusted partner to clients and collaborators—ensuring their needs are understood, expectations are met, and relationships are nurtured for long-term success.

  • Support Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership, engineering, recruiting, and business development teams to shape the future of delivery at Foxtrot—informing strategy, staffing, and operational decisions.

  • Champion Team Health: Foster a collaborative, transparent team environment where engineers feel supported, delivery teams are set up for success, and company values are reinforced through daily interactions.

  • Support Renewals and Growth Opportunities: Partner with CSOs and the Sales Team to help drive client renewals, expansions, and contract extensions through consistent delivery, strategic engagement, and long-term relationship building.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical delivery, consulting, or operations leadership—ideally within data platforms, government consulting, or fast-paced client service environments.

  • Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects, including timelines, scope, staffing, and risk management.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage engineers, executives, clients, and partners with confidence and clarity.

  • Familiarity with agile delivery models, modern project management tools, and customer-facing delivery frameworks.

  • U.S. citizenship required (many projects involve federal contracts or security requirements).

  • D.C. area preferred; remote applicants welcome.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Experience supporting federal customers or projects with compliance and reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve delivery practices, team coordination, or internal ops in a growing organization.
