About Foxtrot
Foxtrot Services, founded by former Palantir employees with deep experience building and deploying large-scale AI/data solutions, is a certified strategic-alliance partner of Palantir Technologies. We work across industries (automotive, healthcare, financial services, supply-chain, and more), from enterprise data engineering to AI-powered use-cases and integrations. We value curiosity, technical fluency, strong collaboration, and high integrity.
Your Role
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the CRO. In this role, you will act as the internal marketing hub: owning organic social media, creating new content and ensuring brand cohesion. You will coordinate across all departments, and support PR efforts for our co-CEOs. You’ll partner directly with our fractional CMO , who manages the website front-end and back-end, and video production.
This is a high-impact opportunity. You’ll bring energy, initiative, and organizational discipline while collaborating seamlessly with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Responsibilities
The role is dynamic, requiring a candidate who is adaptable, thrives in a team environment, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities will vary based on placement with the customer, but will include some or all of the following:
Organic Social Media & Content: Develop and execute Foxtrot’s organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, community manage responses, and perform social listening.
Brand Consistency: Coordinate with the fractional CMO and production team to ensure brand visuals, tone, and content are consistent and on-brand. Capture and source content from internal teams, leadership, and events (virtual/in-person) as needed.
Internal Coordination & Marketing Operations: Act as the central liaison between internal teams (engineering, product, sales, recruiting, HR) and marketing / external partners.
Project Management: Maintain project trackers, deadlines, and cross-team communication flows; ensure marketing activities align with business priorities and internal timelines. Facilitate briefings, status updates, and follow-up with producers, designers, and agency partners.
PR & Executive Support: Support co-CEOs in their external visibility: track speaking opportunities, prepare media briefs, and assist with press releases and executive communications.
External Content Placement: Work with PR agencies or freelancers as needed to place thought leadership content, case studies, and executive commentary.
Collateral: Draft and maintain internal/external communications, collateral, and event materials.
Event/Trade Show Management: Lead coordination efforts for Foxtrot’s presence at industry events to maximize awareness and generate qualified leads.
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications (preferably B2B or technology services).
Proven ability to manage organic social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with external agencies or production partners.
Excellent writing and editing skills are non-negotiable.
Familiarity with social analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, native analytics) and basic project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.).
A self-starter who takes initiative: you see gaps and fill them.
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communicator, able to simplify technical content for broader audiences.
Culturally aligned: you value transparency, high integrity, teamwork, and the ambition to help build something meaningful.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to B2B tech services, AI/data/enterprise software marketing.
Comfort interacting with senior leadership and supporting PR/media activities.
Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with engineers, leadership, and external agencies.
Based in or willing to be in the Washington, D.C. area (or close by) is preferred.
