Your Role

As Foxtrot’s Recruiting Deputy, you’ll work closely with the COO, hiring managers, and Head of Talent Acquisition to manage recruiting operations across multiple functions. You’ll own the candidate journey, improve systems and data tracking, and help refine the way we attract and evaluate top talent. You’ll bring a thoughtful, organized, and people-centered approach to every interaction.

Responsibilities

The role is dynamic, requiring a candidate who is adaptable, thrives in a team environment, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities will vary based on placement with the customer, but will include some or all of the following:


  • Partner with the COO, hiring managers, and Head of Talent Acquisition to define role requirements and sourcing strategies

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer processes

  • Develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Write and maintain job postings and recruitment materials

  • Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire) and report to leadership

  • Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding handoff

  • Maintain ATS accuracy and improve workflows and documentation

  • Support employer branding and outreach efforts, including events and social channels

  • Contribute to process improvements and recruiting automation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in professional services, tech, or consulting environments

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple channels

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with ATS / recruiting tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)

  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to guide recruiting decisions

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles

  • Familiarity with structured interview frameworks and evaluation rubrics

  • Exposure to recruiting operations, analytics, or reporting tools
